SubmitPak turns a flooring product selection into a finished, submittal-ready package — cover sheet, sustainability summary, and every supporting document matched to the exact SKU, revision-checked, and assembled into one clean PDF — in minutes instead of the manual document hunt it usually takes.

About one in three commercial flooring submittals gets sent back on first review, at an average cost of around $805 and two to four weeks of delay before the work even starts. Most of those rejections trace to a handful of avoidable causes: a missing document, the wrong model number, an outdated revision. We built SubmitPak to remove the causes a spec writer or project manager can actually control, so the package that goes out the door is complete and current the first time.

SubmitPak is built for the people who assemble these packages every day — flooring subcontractors, spec writers, and project managers working commercial jobs — not for general contractors or architects reviewing them.

We're in early access: the product is live and generating real packages for a small group of design partners, and we're building in the open with their feedback before a general launch.
